What this service is

SignaGenius is a subscription service for creating and deploying email signatures across an organization's mailboxes, together with public contact profiles and the analytics that accompany them. It is offered to businesses rather than to consumers.

A free plan is available, and paid plans are billed per user. The applicable prices and plan limits are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

Terms and personal data

Use of the service is governed by the terms of service. How personal data is handled is described in the privacy notice, and what is stored in the browser is described in the cookie notice, which also carries the control for changing a consent decision.

Questions about personal data should go to the contact address above. A person who considers that their data has been handled improperly may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute is subject to the courts and the governing law stated in the terms of service. Nothing on this page limits a right that applicable consumer or data protection law grants and that cannot be waived by agreement.
