Comparison

SignaGenius vs Signitic

Both manage one signature for a whole team and push it into Gmail through Google Workspace. Both charge about one unit of currency per user per month. The differences are in the minimum you have to pay, what the paid plan includes, and how big a team you can run for free. This page puts the two side by side, from each vendor's own pricing page, and says where Signitic is the better deal.

No minimum seats

Signitic's paid plan starts at 20 licences, so a team of five pays for twenty. SignaGenius Pro is $1 per user with no floor: five people, five dollars.

API and vCards without a sales call

On Signitic, the API and digital business cards are on the Custom plan, which is quoted. On SignaGenius they are on every plan, including Free.

Signitic's free plan is bigger

Up to 19 people, one template, one campaign, with a Signitic logo in each signature. SignaGenius Free stops at 3 seats. For a team of 4 to 19 that accepts the logo, Signitic is cheaper.

Side by side

Signitic figures were read from signitic.com/en/pricing on 20 September 2026. SignaGenius figures are the ones its billing enforces. Where a plan column reads "paid" it means SignaGenius Pro and Signitic Standard; the Custom and Enterprise tiers are named where they matter.

Seats on the free plan

Signitic's free plan is the more generous one, and by a distance. If you have 4 to 19 people and are happy with a vendor logo in every signature, it is the cheaper choice.

What it costs, by team size

Monthly, without a vendor badge in the signature. Signitic's free tier is shown where it applies, because for small teams it is the honest comparison. Currencies are left as each vendor prices them; at 20 people and above the two are within exchange-rate noise of each other.

Where Signitic is ahead

  • A free plan for up to 19 people. SignaGenius Free is three seats, and campaigns are Pro only.
  • Controlled A/B testing of banners with statistics. SignaGenius rotates weighted banners and reports clicks per banner, which is not the same thing.
  • Zoho Mail as a deployment target. SignaGenius does not support it.
  • A Google Workspace Marketplace listing with a long install history. SignaGenius is new, and its Gmail connection is authorised by your administrator in the Admin console rather than installed from the Marketplace.

Where SignaGenius is ahead

  • No 20-seat minimum. Below twenty people it is the cheaper paid plan by the difference between your headcount and twenty.
  • REST API, webhooks, workspace export and digital business cards on every plan, not behind a quote.
  • An MCP server, so an AI agent can create and assign signatures the way an administrator would.
  • A free signature generator that needs no account, if what you want today is one good signature and not a rollout.
