Pro is billed per active seat through Stripe, monthly or annually, and managed entirely in-app. Seats can be adjusted at any time and changes are prorated automatically.
Any active or invited member of your workspace. Deactivated people don't count, and public business-card profiles don't require a seat of their own.
Your workspace falls back to the free plan at the end of the billing period. Nothing is deleted — if you're over the free limits, existing content stays but you can't add more until you're back under them.
