Your workspace falls back to the free plan at the end of the billing period. Nothing is deleted - if you're over the free limits, existing content stays but you can't add more until you're back under them. Campaigns and CRM integrations are paid features, so they stop running until you upgrade again.

CRM, ERP and HRIS integrations are Enterprise-only - directory import, signature write-back, and vCard lead export. Enterprise also adds custom seat pricing, invoicing and procurement support, assistance rolling out SAML SSO, security review, and priority support with onboarding help. A data processing agreement is offered on every plan, including the free one, because it is a legal requirement rather than an upgrade.
